Terms of use

In short

  • You upload the floor plan of an apartment; we turn it into a 3D tour, automatically.
  • The plan is read by artificial intelligence, within the European Union, then verified by dozens of automatic checks.
  • Whenever something is unclear, we ask you to specify or correct it: you have the final say.
  • The tour is an illustration: it helps you picture the home, it does not replace your plan or your project documents.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Already at Home service, published by TFA The Forge Agency, SAS with a share capital of €1,000, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France, Paris Trade Register 984 379 503 (see the legal notice). Using the service means accepting these terms.

2. The service

Already at Home turns the floor plan of an apartment, new-build or existing, on one or two floors, into a redrawn plan with dimensions, a 3D model, an eye-level tour, a 360° tour and images. Houses are not supported at this time. A plan that cannot be processed is flagged to you when you upload it.

3. Your account

An account, opened with your email address, is required to upload a plan. You are responsible for its use and for keeping your access details confidential. You can delete it at any time.

4. The plans you upload

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the plans you upload, and that processing them infringes no one's rights. You grant TFA The Forge Agency a limited permission to process these plans for the sole purpose of producing, storing and displaying your tour. Your plans are never published, sold or used in our demonstrations without your written consent.

5. Processing of your plan by artificial intelligence

How your plan is read. Where possible, walls, dimensions and scale are first read straight from the file, without artificial intelligence. The plan is then interpreted by an artificial intelligence model, through our provider OpenRouter in European Union mode, which identifies the rooms, doors, windows and fittings. Finally, each tour goes through dozens of automatic checks (airtightness, stray light, overlay on the original plan, a walk through every room, areas) before it is sent to you.

Where, and what is kept. This processing takes place within the European Union. The artificial intelligence provider does not keep your plan after reading it and never uses it to train a model. The results are stored by OVH, in France.

Your role. Whenever something is unclear (an illegible dimension, an ambiguous element), we ask you to specify or correct it before finishing the tour. You can report an error at any time: if it comes from our reading, we fix it free of charge.

Its limits. Automatic reading can contain errors. Anything the plan does not specify (heights, materials, colours, fittings) is assumed and marked as such. From an image, the scale set by a known dimension can be off by 5 to 10 cm. Artificial intelligence makes no decision on your behalf and gives no purchasing, legal or financial advice.

Transparency. Tours and images produced are identified as automatically generated, on screen and in their metadata.

6. Tours and sharing links

Every tour is private. You can create links to share it: they are impossible to guess, kept out of search engines and can be revoked at any time. You are responsible for the people you share them with, and you agree not to publish the tour of a plan you hold no rights to.

7. Offers, prices and payment

The first plan is free. Paid offers and their prices, in euros including all taxes for consumers, are shown on the website before any purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never have access to your card details. If we cannot create your tour, you pay nothing. The conditions specific to each purchase (right of withdrawal, refund) are presented to you before you confirm your order.

8. Retention and deletion

The free first plan stays online for 6 months, a paid tour for 24 months. You can delete a plan, a tour or your account at any time. Details are in our privacy policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content or content unrelated to a home floor plan, not to circumvent the limits of the service, not to try to access other users' data and not to disrupt its operation. Any breach may lead to the suspension of the account.

10. Intellectual property

The service, its tour engine, its brand and its content belong to TFA The Forge Agency. You may use the tours and images produced for your personal use and share them with the people of your choice, while respecting the rights to the original plan.

11. Availability and security

We do our best to keep the service available and secure: encrypted exchanges, hosting in France, processing within the European Union, limited technical access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents; we let you know whenever possible.

12. Liability

Tours are illustrations generated from your plan. They do not replace the original plan or the documents of a purchase, sale or renovation project, which alone are binding. TFA The Forge Agency cannot be held liable for a decision made solely on the basis of a tour.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page; in the event of a significant change, you are informed by email. Purchases already made remain governed by the terms accepted at the time of purchase.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you run into a problem, please email us first at contact@dejachezmoi.fr: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those of Paris, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
